Saje Natural Wellness

I heard so much about Saje in the past few months that I had to run to the store to check it out. I am big fan of 100% natural products and aromatherapy. The store has a wide range of teas, oils, sprays, ointments, creams, so it was like heaven…the company is Canadian-owned and operated, so most of the products are manufactured locally, which allows freshness of ingredients.

What I decided to try, and fell in love, was the At your Desk Remedy Bar.

Three roll-ons in a wooden bar for different purposes:

Stress Release: helps alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety and promotes relaxation.

Medicinal ingredients: essential oils of lavender, orange, roman chamomile, clary sage, geranium, myrtle & vetiver. Non-medicinal ingredients: grapeseed oil

Eater’s Digest Remedy: is perfect for those times when our eyes are bigger than our stomach, helping to soothe stomach upset and ease digestion.

Medicinal ingredients: essential oils of fennel, peppermint, black pepper, roman chamomile, myrth. non-medicinal ingredients: grapeseed oil.

Quick Study:  helps enhance energy, increase alertness, and sharpen mental clarity. A perfect study companion for adults and children alike.

Medicinal ingredients: refreshing myrtle, stimulating lemon, uplifting orange, balancing geranium, and grounding cedarwood.

This bar worked so well for me, I have the impression I cannot live without it anymore 😀

Don’t stick to your lipstick routine

Just because lipstick was invented 5000 years ago, it doesn’t mean you should limit yourself to the few shades that existed back then. It’s time to get outside your comfort zone and try something new. Bright oranges and deep fuchsia shades can create a great contrast with the tones in your outfit and dress up a casual look. Find a bright colour and rock it!
If you want to try this look, keep the rest of your makeup neutral. Use a pale blush and thin black winged liner with a thick coat of mascara. I like to coordinate an accessory with my lipstick for fun. I’ll wear a matching ring, nail polish, clutch or same coloured pumps to pull the entire look together.chantal sarkisian chantsy canadian beauty expert fashion blogger Ottawa Mode XLusive Fashion Canadians lipstick chantal sarkisian chantsy canadian beauty expert fashion blogger Ottawa Mode XLusive Fashion Canadians orange lipstick

Some Wine in your Blush

Wine in your Blush Chantal Sarkisian Beauty Fashion Canadians

Don’t turn your cheek on this fall trend. Embrace the deep rich Marsala tones and add a pop of colour to your makeup routine. These wine and burgundy hues will compliment any skin tone from dark to milky white.
Choose a shade that’s right for you complexion.
The darker your skin tone, the deeper red your blush can be. For pale skin, opt for a more rose toned blush. And for those naturally tanned goddesses, select golden and amber shades of blush.
Pair it with a nude lip, delicate black liner and thick coats of mascara to complete your look. Wine-not let this be your quick beauty routine this fall? After all, it’s perfectly suitable for any Canadian fashionista on the go!
