In the middle of protruding peninsulas and secluded beaches, lies one of the most charming and exquisitely preserved historical gems of Brazil. Paraty has been a National Historic Site since 1966 and is not only remarkable for its historical architecture, but also because it has it all: spectacular beaches, history, an abundance of islands in the bay, a rainforest and a range of hills that provides the fascinating backdrop.
The town gets even more interesting with the presence of vacationers from all over the world, as well as, artists, writers and chefs, both Brazilian and foreign.

Several pristine beaches are within minutes driving from Paraty by boat or bus, while inland, there are parks like the Parque Nacional da Serra da Bocaina which provides protection for a remainder rainforest. You can’t miss the boat tour around Paraty and the visit to Trindade!
Trindade is a village located 30km from Paraty. It has some of the best and most beautiful beaches in Brazil, and is also surrounded by the rainforest. A hidden gem!!!

And if you are wondering about where to eat in Paraty, we highly recommend Galeria do Engenho restaurant. It was so good it was the only restaurant we visited 4 times during our stay. It is a simply decorated restaurant that gets busy but the quality and value are worth the wait.
Why should you take this tour?
It’s totally worth it, because you are going to have an overview of the city. Later if you have more time, you can choose other places you would like to visit.
The Louvre is one of the most iconic museums in the world, and it is a must-stop for tourists in Paris. Featuring a massive 652,300 square feet of space, the museum is home to 380,000 objects and displays 35,000 works of art. This visit will take hours and hours (actually, you should plan a full day over there) admiring paintings and sculptures and learning a little bit more in each exhibition.
So, take your time, and do what you can… it will be worth it anyways!

Por que vale a pena visitar o museu do Louvre?
Porque nele você terá horas e horas (aconselho a passar o dia inteiro lá) se ocupando com telas, esculturas aprendendo um pouco mais sobre as exposições.
Impossível ver tudo em um dia, mas o passeio pelo museu e as obras principais já valem a pena.
